JORDAN HATTAR

Jordan Hattar, a native of Templeton, California, first started working as a humanitarian in South Sudan at the age of 18, two days after graduating from high school. Since his work in South Sudan, Jordan has worked extensively on the Syrian refugee crisis and interned in the Obama White House. He holds a B.A. in International Studies from California State University Long Beach and a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge. Jordan has served as a motivational speaker in more than 45 countries and leads service-trips to Jordan and Turkey. Jordan currently runs the charity he co-founded, Help4Refugees.org. In February of 2023, Jordan expanded his relief efforts to Southeastern Turkey helping earthquake survivors. In the spring of 2024, Jordan’s work expanded to Egypt as well, supporting newly arriving Palestinian families and students that were displaced from Gaza.​
